Francis H. Zenie, Chairman

Frank Zenie was a co-founder of Zymark Corporation and served as its President and CEO from 1981 through 1996. From 1970 through 1980, Frank was President & CEO of Waters Associates (now Waters Corporation).

Frank currently serves as a Director, Investor and Advisor to eight early-stage, technology-based companies. He is also a member of MIT's Corporation Development Committee and the MIT/Sloan Entrepreneurship Center's Advisory Board. He was appointed a member of MIT's faculty to develop and lead a course in entrepreneurship.

Walter Channing, Jr.

Walter Channing Jr. is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Prior to founding the CW Group, he was co-founder of Channing, Weinberg & Co., a leading healthcare consulting firm where, for 14 years, he was involved in strategy development, acquisition and technology studies on behalf of companies in the United States, Europe and Japan. At CW Group his areas of focus are innovative provider services, and healthcare.

Mr. Channing's earlier start-up companies included HealthSouth (an $8.5 billion market cap NYSE company) and GMIS (initially went public, then was acquired by HBO), while more recent start-up companies include Theraphysics (sold to Beverly Enterprises), Clareos, and Medsafe.

Jeffrey T. Ward

Jeffrey Ward is a Principal of MedEquity Investors, LLC, a Wellesley, Massachusetts based private equity fund that provides expansion capital to emerging healthcare-related companies.

Before joining MedEquity, Mr. Ward served as Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of PaineWebber Incorporated. He was also Vice President of Acadian Asset Management, an international investment management firm.

James W. Fordyce

Jim Fordyce is Managing Member of Fordyce & Gabrielson LLC, a private equity investment firm located in Wilton, Connecticut.

With more than 20 years of experience as a venture capital investor, he was a founding General Partner of Prince Ventures, and has served as a director on the boards of a number of private and public companies. Mr. Fordyce is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation, based in New York City, which has for over fifty years presented the Lasker Medical Research Awards; to date 62 former winners of the Lasker Medical Research Awards have gone on to win Nobel Prizes.

Kenneth N. Rapp

Ken Rapp is Chief Executive Officer of VelQuest Corporation. He began VelQuest in 1999 after a successful 15-year career at Zymark Corporation, where he held a variety of technology and management positions with Zymark Corporation, including VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Zymark's Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms Business Unit.
