Customer Support Services
In keeping with the mission-critical nature of pharmaceutical research and QA functions, VelQuest provides comprehensive customer support services, including:
- Telephone Support Desk for assistance with system software and devices, instrument interfaces and methods conversion
- Regular upgrades to VelQuest operating system software, as new capabilities are added; e.g., biometrics, new device technology, etc.
- Updates to the Instrument Interface Library
- A regularly updated Method Template Library
Our experienced customer support group includes highly-qualified individuals, many with backgrounds in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as information technology.
In addition, VelQuest hosts a “Technology Day” meeting every year to provide hands-on update training session on new capabilities for our “super-users” and system administrators. During the Technology Day, we also provide a 12-18 month “road-map” for our planned developments to gain valuable feedback from our user community.
Field Service
Industry-experienced engineers can handle routine maintenance and field service requirements for all VelQuest products.
