VelQuest provides complete, professional project management through all phases of SmartLab system implementation -- from development of a detailed project plan through installation and validation of software and devices. Of course, every SmartLab system is also thoroughly documented.
 Site to site, and company to company, the implementation steps vary in time and complexity. IT needs, facility size, number of users, number of methods to be automated and variety of instruments to be integrated differ greatly according to each situation. The order of implementation, however, is consistent for most engagements.
Typically, implementation consists of six phases:
- Planning Report
- Detailed Project Plan
- Site Preparation
- Installation
- System Validation
- Performance Verification
